    We are confident you'll love the MonWatch. In any case your MonWatch doesn't work as expected, message us with a short video showing the issue of the item.

    Disclaimer: The MonWatch is fairly accurate, but not as accurate as medical equipment. Keep that in mind if you have any serious health conditions. You should use MonWatch additional to your regular blood pressure Monitor.

    We cannot offer refunds for accuracy issues.

    We are only able to issue refunds if the watch is not working, damaged or does not arrive within 45 Days.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    If for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, you can do so within 12 hours of placing your order. We will refund the full amount minus $1.5 fee. Please email us to request an order cancellation.

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay the $14 USD shipping fee to ship it again to another location.
