    Ensure that the item you are returning is in its original packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition as you received it.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Replacement

    In the case of damaged or defective items, we will send you a new item, as long as the claim is made within 3 days of receiving the item. For this, send a video showing the damaged or defective item to info@bfitnshop.com and briefly explain the issue.

    Returns

    If you wish to return the item, you have 15 days from the receipt of the product, provided it is unused and unopened. Once you receive it, notify us at info@bfitnshop.com that you wish to return the product, and send the product to the postal address:

    When you send the product to this postal address, send an email to info@bfitnshop.com with proof of shipment.

    Once we verify that the order is in perfect condition, we will proceed with your refund.

    THE REFUND WILL HAVE A 10% FEE OF THE ORDER COST DUE TO INCURRED MANAGEMENT EXPENSES.
